We kindly ask you through this form to communicate all suspected adverse drug reactions, observed while using medicinal products of Unipharm AD.
We shall be thankful to receive all messages sent by physicians, stomatologists, pharmacists and other medical specialists. The patients believing that adverse drug reactions have occurred when using their subscribed medications, may communicate it through the attending physician.
